Horribly overpriced for the service you receive. Diagnostic fees are outrageous and way more than other businesses charge. Felt like I was taken advantage of because of the urgency of my electrical issue. They try to upsell at every opportunity and make it seem like you need additional services that you don't, usually after already charging you for something else. They were at my house for two days before realizing the issue was with SMUD. Not before charging me thousands, of course. After SMUD solved the main issue (for free), I used an honest electrician to fix the few remaining nonfunctioning outlets. Turned out they weren't functioning because of some loose wiring in an outlet that AAA ES "fixed". We discussed all the other superfluous recommendations that AAA ES had made and he disagreed, confirming all of my concerns regarding the shady and predatory business practice of AAA Electrical Services. I've visited this place and these guys are awesome. This should be the standard and quality of a security in Sacramento. They took their job very seriously and have meetings before they start their jobs and briefings after every shift. So information is key to get their job done right.

The service was fast, easy, and the worker was great. The issue I have is the operators. I was lied to.I was told that $60 would get me an estimate to the problem. That charge was just for a home visit. I paid $800 for them to change one outlet. They will show up and offer you packages. I understand the marketing behind it and it's a cheap shot to the customer. How can I make a solid decision with out knowing the problem?.
