AAA did a great job, I wound up switching the breaker on myself but in the process I also got a very reasonable quote for finally solving the bigger picture electrical problems with my home. AAA was fantastic to work with, super communicative and affordable. They called and texted frequently which is great because I hate that feeling of repair limbo where you can't tell if theyre sctually going to arrive. The service was fast, easy, and the worker was great. The issue I have is the operators. I was lied to.I was told that $60 would get me an estimate to the problem. That charge was just for a home visit. I paid $800 for them to change one outlet. They will show up and offer you packages. I understand the marketing behind it and it's a cheap shot to the customer. How can I make a solid decision with out knowing the problem?.

This review is not based on the workers that showed up. They were nice and that’s the only reason I gave the stars I did. I called multiple electricians in my area of Roseville while They were working. And they are extremely, extremely over priced. The text that here replaced two outlets and checked the breaker box. They were literally here an hour and it cost me $752. I am not an electrician but if I knew that was what they were going to do I could’ve easily replace the two outlets myself for under $100. I should’ve checked the reviews before I hired them it was already too late I had already sent the document. Felt like they took advantage of the fact that I called the fire department to make sure everything was OK the night before so they use that as a crutch I’m assuming. If not I can’t believe that their prices are that high. So don’t let them fool you when they say they charge per job not hourly which sounds good until you see their job cost. Will not be using them again and cou
