The inspection report was convoluted and difficult to read in terms of cost, work to be performed, and the fact that they use subcontractors to complete the work. My recommendation is simplified contract and estimates (preferrably one page), with clearly listed work to be completed and potential add-ons like painting services. Though, for the money we paid, painting should have been included.
Super happy with my buyers inspection that was done today. The inspector "Anthony" was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! He was very professional he even waited a little while for my client to get there to explain to him what the inspection report would have and answer any questions. Totally recommend a very professional company ????????
