The young gentleman son of the company Lopez was very professional, respectful and very polite when I spoken with him over the phone. He came the next day arrived on time and found the plumbing issue was just a leaked and was fixed ,although, I had asked if more work needed to be done he was honest about it and said it didn't need it. They are very affordable compare to other licensed contractors which would have charged a lot more. I consider them very professional, respectful, honest and cost savings I would refer them to anyone anytime with over 20 years experience. Affordable plumbing received my call regarding a water leak under a kitchen cabinet Monday night & the next day arrived right on time & within 2 hours located leak in the attic & had it fixed. The tech Marco was great as was the office staff. Friendly, professional & left no mess. I was surprised that the cost was much less than I expected. ZERO STARS! Called on Friday 2/24 and spoke to someone who set an appointment for later that day. After the scheduled appointment time, there was a NO SHOW, NO CALL. I called back again on the same day and left messages to reschedule for the following day. I called back AGAIN the following morning AND sent an email requesting an appointment. As of the date of this review, there has been no follow up from this company. It is always my preference to patronize local businesses and I am hoping that this was just a huge communications failure on their part. Thankfully, I was able to find an HVAC company who provided the excellent, quality service I needed.
