Sac Val Plumbing

A bit disappointed with our first interaction with them. We called them expressing interest in trying out their service for our rentals but the first interaction on the phone was quite uncomfortable. They were not comfortable with that fact that as a business our lines are recorded for quality assurance and this isn't the greatest sign. What a bummer as I liked what their website had to say and we manage a large volume of properties that could have been a ton of business for them.

I have been using Sac Val Plumbing for over 10 years. They are the best of the best. I am in the Property Management business and out of all my years in the business they are the best. They are professional, quick, get the job done the 1st time and very knowledgeable. I consider them like family and would not trade them for anyone else. Thanks guys! Full disclosure, I did not do business with this company. HOWEVER, I witnessed a very minor accident today. I called the office to report on the incident and within a few minutes a supervisor came out to my property to fix the minor issue. The very cool thing is there was no diversion of blame. The supervisor apologized sincerely, multiple times and was extremely kind. The whole situation was (albeit a mistake) super positive and we all were able to move on with our lives. I was extremely grateful for the interaction I had today with this company.
