Our heater would not start. Gilmore sent out Lorenzo to check out the problem. At first he thought the transformer was bad and planned to replace it. He then tried the reset button before replacing the transformer and the furnace was functioning properly. We thankful for this since it was a huge savings. Great job Lorenzo. Service: Repair HVAC
Had a fantastic experience with Gilmore. The technician was excellent, neat, courteous, and complete. He explained everything to us, completed the repairs, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We've been with Gilmore since 1998 and we're sticking with them!
Mac and his assistant Hussein came ready to work! I could tell right away that Mac was professional, intuitive, and resourceful. Mac explained what he was going to do to service our downstairs HVAC system. During his maintenance process he told us what he found, with pictures and videos as needed. Ours is an older unit which will probably be replaced in the next year or two. The two workers spent over two hours on the older system as well as checking on our four mini- splits upstairs. I would request Mac for our next service call. He is respectful and helpful in weighing the pros and cons of the older HVAC. Service: HVAC system maintenance
