Very unprofessional. I asked for a quote and they acknowledged it. However, never sent me a quote. I contacted again to see if they will send me a quote - never heard back. While I understand that some businesses might only want to undertake certain projects - it is not too much to tell the potential customer that they are busy or this job does not interest them. Note that my job was a $50K job - I am guessing that these guys don't know to handle bigger jobs. ========== Adding to my review in response from the owner. He misses the whole point - I sent another email asking if they were going to be providing an estimate or not and never got a response. Sure he may have his queue and timeline - but it is important to communicate that to the customer - else how does the customer know whether his request will be answered in two weeks, in a year or never.

Well we celebrated the new year with a bang. Got home to a big branch that fell and ripped our electrical panel off our house. With the holiday weekend and the weather we luckily found a company that came out yesterday and got the new electrical panel installed. I thank them so much for working late and in the rain. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate everyone that was involved with the quote process to the techs finishing up the repair.
