After a couple of visits from Griffin staff we were still dealing with our apparent house gremlin, which was causing lights to flicker & outlets to power off consistently. Yesterday we had a visit from Paul & James who indicated that they were not leaving until there was an acceptable solution in place. Paul is clearly top-of-class in his ability, as he diagnosed the issue in short term, then offered both a short-term solution and a long-term recommendation. Both gentlemen couldn't have been more communicative & understanding, particularly since this issue had already required multiple visits. Our frustration level had been high but that was alleviated by the professionalism demonstrated by both Paul & James. The work was done in a timely manner thankfully & the company made a great customer-service decision to boot regarding the invoice for services rendered. We had a power outage that caused multiple electrical issues. Brandon was helping our neighbor and kindly came by to help us determine if it was a breaker issue.
