Had this scheduled for some work out of their area and we agreed that it would be a fee for them to travel to the address. 3 days prior to the service date they called and confirmed, The day they should of showed up they never did. I called and they said they couldn't find the appointment and the receptionist said she was going to talk to her boss and give me a call back. 4 hours later I still hadn't got a call back, so I called and the the receptionist said she would get the message to the front desk and i would get a call back... Well the next morning still nothing, so again i called and the receptionist said she talked to her boss and they cant go out to the address and do the work. Extremely poor communication. Everything would of been fine if they would of told me on the 13th (2 weeks ago) that they couldn't service that area.

They cut out section of my quartz countertop and emoved cabinet to add a stove. Moved gas line. Techs were very professional and friendly. They were prompt and finished on time. They cleaned things up nicely. I would definitely reccommend Service: General construction

Tom and Tim were out to our house within 30 minutes of my call. Tim and Jason returned with our new water heater and completed installation within two hours. They were extremely professional, affordable and took time after the job was completed to discuss other projects we need done. They double checked their work and explained anything that I need to be aware of. So far, all is well! No water damage, thankfully! I highly recommend this company!
