Misraddin was very professional and responded faster than the estimated fifteen minute window. Our A/C unit unexpectedly stopped and he diagnosed, as well as remedied, the issue quickly. It’s 100 degrees and a Sunday in Sacramento. I called 8 other places to be told it would be 1-3 days before they could get someone out to me. Misraddin came to maintenance our A/C last minute on a holiday weekend. He was very helpful diagnosing our systems issue and punctual - at our house within an hour of calling him . He was very knowledgeable about our older A/C unit and went above and beyond informing us about the most efficient ways to run our cooling system. We really appreciate his great customer service!
