Huft Home Services Sacramento

I recently had an issue installing a flush valve in a Kohler toilet. It was a pressure-fit, key tab installation. I did not have the strength to apply the pressure and engage the keys due to the thickness of the gasket. After many attempts (and a strained forearm) my wife called Huft for help. We have Huft Home Service to cover our primary systems: plumbing, electrical, A/C and heating. They responded quickly and provided a technician within a day. The plumbing technician made several attempts to install the valve per the instructions without avail. He then took the time to diagnose the problem, trim the gasket and complete the install. He also adjusted the water level in the tank to ensure optimum performance. I was frustrated and angry with myself for not being able to complete the task, but the Huft technician relieved my frustration and resolved my problem with professionalism and a positive personality. Michael Rodriguez is the best HVAC service tech that I have ever seen or have had service, our air conditioner and heating unit. He was super professional, clean and went above and beyond anybody else that has ever been in my house to service our HVAC system. What an awesome service! He vacuumed everything, the intake box, around the furnace, then went outside and vacuumed out and cleaned my AC pump and checked everything.
