I needed an emergency repair for my roof due to a recent storm. They found an earlier appointment than originally scheduled. Jack and his staff assessed and got Andrew come out for tarping within a few hours. They were helpful and very professional.
As an employee of Straight Line, I realized a new roof and gutters were needed - right after COVID hit. Jorge and the team did an awesome job replacing my gutters, roof and adding Arrow gutter guards! Every year since there is no cleaning the oak leaves out of my gutters-and i have 10 mature oaks. I had straight line install a new roof. The estimator/owner Jack, was in constant contact and was very open to feedback, questions, and request for improvements. There were unique features of the roof and the Straight Line people were very open to working out solutions. I thought they were all good. Tony in particular did a good job on installing a rather large cricket retrofit. I thought it all went well and can recommend this firm to anyone needing a roofer. Service: Roof installation
