We were so impressed by Brad Schmidt who came in from Lee's to maintain our HVAC system that had not been maintained for at least eight years! Brad had the knowledge, patience and interest to get our system back in good running order. He patiently explained to us what he was doing and the reasons. He did outstanding work so that we can now trust that our system will work safely and efficiently. We highly recommend Brad Schmidt and Lee's to you. We were thoroughly impressed with outstanding workmanship and great care. Brad is a real human being also. He showed us a photo of his 18 month old son in whom he is understandably proud!
