I called Wills Resource Electric when our panel box was damaged during a storm. A neighbors tree had fallen on the power lines which yanked the wires off of the house. SMUD had deemed our panel box damaged and unsafe, and needed replacement by an electrician before they could restore power to the house. Not only did Will get back to me right away, he was so professional at explaining the whole process to me on steps we had to take to get back online. I also had special circumstances and he was not only professional but compassionate. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was amazed at his work ethic knowing we were living without power, he worked in between the constant rain storms. Whenever there was a break he was there. We needed a quick outlet fix for a new dishwasher installation and Will's Resource Electric was a great choice for the job. Will was very responsive and was able to stop by late in the day.
