I called them after our heater stopped working and they responded immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue with the blower wheel and motor, and were able to get it working right again. I really appreciate their great work, professional, and friendly service. I'll never call anyone else for service again and I could not recommend them more for any needs for your heating and air conditioning. Great company. They arent there to sell you a new system like most companies, unless truly needed. Honesty and integrity is hard to find and couldnt be happier working with Mike and the sac air group. A local company wanted to swap out or ac unit, while mike just replaced a part and $400 later my AC was working
