We love Same Day because it takes no time at all to get an appointment booked and someone out to your home. When they get there, they are really efficient. The repair men come in and are really knowledgeable about the parts and issues. So the repair time is really quick.

Customer service at the office was very good. Unfortunately it took 4 visits by Same Day and a plumber to resolve a dishwasher pump issue. Pump was repaired quickly but hoses were reinstalled incorrectly causing delays in dishwasher and sink operation.

I was charged 85 dollar service fee for the technician to listen to the microwave for 10 seconds yes seconds to put in a work order for parts that already been replaced just 6months ago they refused to come back out after I provided proof the parts have already been replaced. They lie they never return calls they have you explain the problem every time you do call. I should have taken others advice and never work with this fake company they should lose their licenses. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
