Two companies came out to fix our problem. After two visits the first company had no idea how to help us. Same Day took care of our issue and the technician was very knowledgeable. They kept us informed on progress via text. We will use them for all our appliance repairs.

I was charged 85 dollar service fee for the technician to listen to the microwave for 10 seconds yes seconds to put in a work order for parts that already been replaced just 6months ago they refused to come back out after I provided proof the parts have already been replaced. They lie they never return calls they have you explain the problem every time you do call. I should have taken others advice and never work with this fake company they should lose their licenses. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

SameDay made the process of identifying and fixing the problem on my refrigerator painless and rapid. Roger was a pleasure to work with...he quickly zeroed in the problem (A broken fan) and returned in short order with the correct parts to replace the fan. He was knowlegeable, easy to talk to, and a real asset to SameDay!
