SameDay made the process of identifying and fixing the problem on my refrigerator painless and rapid. Roger was a pleasure to work with...he quickly zeroed in the problem (A broken fan) and returned in short order with the correct parts to replace the fan. He was knowlegeable, easy to talk to, and a real asset to SameDay!

They were sent by Fidelity Home Warranty to work on my dishwasher. After taking time off work from 1-5 pm, I received a call at 5:30 stating that they were not going to make it out to the home. They rescheduled and came out to do the repair. The technician asked me for towels to soak up any water. When the technician realized the towels that I provided were too big to fit in the space that he needed, rather than calling upstairs for me to bring him smaller towels, he went to the bathroom and got toilet paper to soak up the water. After he left, I realized that he did not secure the dishwasher under the counter and the door to the dishwasher is no longer closing properly. I would not recommend Same Day Appliance.

Customer service at the office was very good. Unfortunately it took 4 visits by Same Day and a plumber to resolve a dishwasher pump issue. Pump was repaired quickly but hoses were reinstalled incorrectly causing delays in dishwasher and sink operation.
