After having another company come out to clear a clogged sewer line serving my kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and having a bad experience, I called The Trenchless Company (TTC). The appointment was booked for between 5-7pm on a Saturday, but a technician became available earlier and arrived around 1:30pm. After snaking the sewer line for approximately 20 minutes, the technician. Manuel, was able to clear the line, which the other company failed to do after three attempts and some serious attempts at upselling overpriced and unnecessary services. I also have a follow up appointment in the next couple of days for a camera inspection of the inside of the pipes that was included in the very reasonable price of the service. I'll update this review as necessary after the next visit, but at this point, I would highly recommend TTC for plumbing repairs to friends and family without hesitation. Our apartment complex is using this company and they are awful. Twice now they have interrupted the utilities to several buildings. They broke a water line today, and almost half the complex has been without water for almost six hours. Thats twice as long as they quoted it would take to fix the issue that they caused. The time before that they cut a power cable and several buildings were without power. In the middle of the day during the heatwave. Totally unacceptable. Edit to add: After a comment from the business owner I would also like to point out several other issues. Just so their PR talking points dont confuse the issue. I can understand certain set-backs. But overall the presence of their crews here has been negative. Their crews have completeley crowded and blocked the parking lot. Parking was already a huge issue, now they use our spots to store their equiptment. They've blocked off a row of parking for construction purposes, but then left and didnt do any work on that area f
