Water heater is rarely going down. But, if it is down, it is hard to find an honest person to repair it for you. Most of the time, the license plumper tries to talk you into replacement the water heater. Not with Right Guys Plumbing, especially, with Mitch. We had problem with the water heater at one of our rental in Elk Grove. There is no hot water at the house. Tenant put a lot of pressure on landlord to fix it. I called and talked to Mitch. Despite of his busy schedule, Mitch did his best to stop by the house to inspect it. He knew what the problems are and fixed it for us in the same day. Not only he did an excellent job in fixing it. He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He also helped us to make sure the water heater is up to code: the unit needs to sit on combustible subsurface (plywood, wood, or plastic drip pan). We recently undertook a complete home remodel.
