Mitch is the best plumber I have ever used. He is VERY knowledgeable of water heaters, and very likely other plumbing areas, and he was responsive and quick to diagnose, fix, and inspect the heater overall. He inspected the overall safely of the unit and fixed some issues with it that I thought were permanent/ side effects of a normal heater. He was very honest and has good morals on how he operates his business to give the best experience and service possible. My heater is now running smoother and quieter than before. Water heater is rarely going down. But, if it is down, it is hard to find an honest person to repair it for you. Most of the time, the license plumper tries to talk you into replacement the water heater. Not with Right Guys Plumbing, especially, with Mitch. We had problem with the water heater at one of our rental in Elk Grove. There is no hot water at the house. Tenant put a lot of pressure on landlord to fix it. I called and talked to Mitch. Despite of his busy schedule, Mitch did his best to stop by the house to inspect it. He knew what the problems are and fixed it for us in the same day. Not only he did an excellent job in fixing it. He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He also helped us to make sure the water heater is up to code: the unit needs to sit on combustible subsurface (plywood, wood, or plastic drip pan). I highly recommend this service. When I lost hot water, the burner assembly in my water heater had to be replaced. Right Guys Plumbing was one of three companies recommended by the manufacturer. I called and spoke directly to Mitch who gave me an exact (and reasonable) quote over the phone, and said he could do the repair that afternoon.
