Today I had Brandon Nelson from Water Heaters Only replace my 75 gallon water heater. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very polite. The installation looks great and he picked up the work area and left it clean. Brandon reviewed safety features with me and made sure that I knew how to turn on the water heater if every the pilot light happened to go out. This company was much cheaper in price for same product from "other" more well know companies. Our W/H went offline Friday morning. Confronted with a weekend and not knowing when we would have hot water, we took to some searches to see if we could find help. WHO immediately took the call, said they could get it done over the weekend (we had a standard tank) and quoted over the phone. The tech Matt H was on time and did a great job to make sure we got the right tank for the house and got it all done in three hours (including one trip to the warehouse). While I hope we get a long life from this one, if ever we need another, WHO will be the first phone call!
