The company had a call center that was very responsive. I appreciated that they emailed me the range that the water heater replacement would cost. They require a 65 dollar fee to come out and give a full quote for the job. This is waived if you agree to the work. The technician, Matt, was punctual and communicated very well. He was a straight shooter and gave very thorough details of why we needed to do what he was requesting. I found that to be helpful too. The work was completed on time and done very well. Our W/H went offline Friday morning. Confronted with a weekend and not knowing when we would have hot water, we took to some searches to see if we could find help. WHO immediately took the call, said they could get it done over the weekend (we had a standard tank) and quoted over the phone. The tech Matt H was on time and did a great job to make sure we got the right tank for the house and got it all done in three hours (including one trip to the warehouse). While I hope we get a long life from this one, if ever we need another, WHO will be the first phone call!

So I called this place to see about them coming out to fix my water tank. Come to find out from them on the phone that my tank had been recalled. I would have never thought to even look into that. We called the company that made the tank and they sent us new parts for free and told us who to go to and have them installed for free. So water heaters only saved us hundreds of dollars and I will definitely reach out to them for any future needs.
