Between our initial meeting with Kenny, and our installation team Ben and Steven, Buckley performed with professionalism throughout the entire process. Kenny took the time and energy to discuss with us the costs, the process of installation, and warranty. He talked to us about trane, and explained it fully so that we could understand it and how long it would last us. Our furnace stopped working and Jake Buckley came out immediately to look at it. He and a roofer of our choice coordinated work to cut out a 4” flashing in the roof in order to install a furnace flu pipe and get our house heated prior to elderly relatives arriving for Thanksgiving. Ben gave me a call about 20 minutes prior to arriving. Ben showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. I gave instruction where the access was to the attic and he was off focused on his mission. Ben went outside, grabbed his ladder and placed shoe coverings on and he jumped up into the attic. He preformed the maintenance, advised of an issue I may have in the future and shared "he thought the repair could wait", changed my filter and was off to help Buckley's next customer.
