Jesse H did a fantastic project on this work call, and talked with my brother in law who had professionally installed our unit to figure out best practice for solving the problem. Jesse being willing to work with another pro workman and respect his work shows what a quality technician he is. We were also glad that he was willing to educate us in simple ways we could take care of other simple maintenance on the unit to extend it's life.
