Steven was great! He explained the whole process and what I could expect before he started working on the tub. Everything went smoothly and much faster than I thought. We even got pictures of everything he did with our invoice. I will definitely be calling you guys again for all our future plumbing needs.

Honestly, the best plumber service I’ve had so far. When I first called them, they were polite and patient. My previous plumbing service would sound annoyed or irritated when I called them and sometimes they wouldnt answer at all but Elite Rooter was the opposite. I had Ricardo as the technician to come inspect my water heater. He was kind and thorough with the inspection. Although my plumbing issue was simple, he explained the issue and let me know if my water heater was up to date and when it needed replacement. He also came a little earlier than the time frame they had given me, which is a huge plus. 10/10 would recommend this service and would definitely call again.

Fantastic service! My repairman was prompt, polite, and well groomed! He provided excellent service is a timely fashion. I was busy with work that day and he was respectful of that, and went out of his way to ensure he did not disturb me. Will be calling Elite Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future!
