We had an issue with our HVAC, and based on prior reviews and proximity, I decided to give Atlas a call. I spoke on the phone with Ray, who was very helpful and friendly. They were able to send a maintenance person by very fast. The person who came was Joe. He was also very helpful and friendly. He was able to check our system and fix the error it was giving very quickly. He also took the time to explain a few basic things that can help prevent similar issues. He stayed around for 10 minutes to make sure the system was working properly. I would certainly recommend working with Atlas, and want to thank Ray and Joe in particular. Great job guys! Great company and great people. Vadim was very responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend Atlas HVAC. About Pricing: I got several quotes and Atlas lined up well with all legitimate quotes. They offered the lowest price and highest in material - the AC unit I got was the next level tier, higher and better model grade than the other quotes I received. The noise level is 68db, instead of 72 db. I never hear the AC conductor go off. Vadim stands out to me as an upright vendor; he told me that I needed to fix up the Flue pipe in the garage in order to bring my setup to code. Professional and complete work: the other HVAC quotes simply offered to replace the AC and furnace without fixing the Flue pipe. I knew the flue pipe need to be updated since SDG&E had told me that in future, it needed to be updated. On the day of the job, his team arrived on time and finished promptly as predicted.
