I called asking for a quote on a roof leak in my bathroom. The receptionist scheduled me for Friday, the 20th of January at 12:30pm even though I told her I get off work at 1:30pm and would be home by 2pm. She called me Friday morning to confirm the 12:30pm appointment. I told her I would be there. I left work early! On my way home, she called again saying they were behind schedule and would be there at 1:30pm. I said that's fine. I get home and she calls a 3rd time for the day to tell me that they are running behind since a meeting was longer than expected and they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for Thursday the 26th at 2pm. She thanked me for being understanding. Well.....no one showed up today. I called and she can't even find my rescheduled appointment on the calendar! She also doesn't remember calling ME to cancel and reschedule! I will go to another company that cares. Service: Roof repair
