Professional, on time, and explains very clearly about your situation. Very honest and informative, greatly satisfied with the job done. I refer him to anybody in need of any kind plumbing work.
Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.
