The technician was able to come by on time and quickly after the service call. However, he gave an overpriced quote without doing a diagnose of the problem himself nor distinguishing parts and labor. I called him out on those and I was willing to have him leave without continuing fixing the problem. Then he backed down and gave us a "discount". I wish he were a bit more professional in diagnosing technical problem and giving quote, and not trying to rip us off!
He did my ADA rail and it was a lot of work. He did a really amazing job! He was quick, professional, and good price.
