The technician was able to come by on time and quickly after the service call. However, he gave an overpriced quote without doing a diagnose of the problem himself nor distinguishing parts and labor. I called him out on those and I was willing to have him leave without continuing fixing the problem. Then he backed down and gave us a "discount". I wish he were a bit more professional in diagnosing technical problem and giving quote, and not trying to rip us off!

He efficiently fixed our window in our old house and installed our air conditioner. Very pleased with the work and being able to get service so quickly.

I had a pretty poor experience with this company as well. As far as I understand, they contract various technicians as a middle man company. I was quoted $270 for a project (attic ladder misalignment) that was estimated to be more complex than it actually was. When the fix turned out to take only 30 minutes, there was no discount offered and I was obligated to pay the $270 quote, despite the work being much less than estimated. Furthermore when I asked questions about what caused the attic ladder to bend in the first place, the two technicians were non english-speaking and could not offer any advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future, or what they did to fix it.
