We got a mini-split, and Castle Comfort did an incredibly good job. Everyone was very professional, and the mini-split looks great and works super well. They really went above and beyond for us, giving us quotes on a couple of different options. And it didn't take them long at all to finish the work. They also cleaned up super well after. Carlos is great! He replaced the HVAC system in our condo. He was so accommodating to our crazy remodel schedule and installed it quickly and at a better price than other companies we looked into. My A/C broke in the middle of the high heats, I called all around San Diego and no one could come and help fast enough. A friend recomended Castle Comfort and told me they provided top of the line service. I called and set up an appointment. When the technician arrived he was super nice and as he was fixing the A/C unit, he was explaining to me what was the problem and gave me tips on how to keep my A/C unit running longer and better. I have never had a better service than this. Their prices are better than their competitors. Excellent customer service and best experience overall.
