I contacted this company after I had bad experience with other company home shield warranty recommended this company and thank God they did I have a great experience with them the customer service keep you posted with the time where's my technician arrive time. LUCIANO is the technician who came to fix my two fans he took his time to figure out how to fix the first fan and then he replace the other fan for me in the same day he's amazing guy very professional I hope his company see my post I recommended this company and this technician to anyone needhis issue to be done on with professional definition and company. Requested service on out 240v, they charged us $100 fee and nothing was fixed. Would not refund. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
