Very, very expensive. The lady on the phones came off a bit rude, but had someone call me back to schedule. When I asked about the price, the man on the phone said, "At lease a couple hundred dollars." So I made an appointment, put in 48 hours notice for my condo. When they showed up, I was quoted $1865, negotiated down to $1500, to change a shower cartridge and handle replacement. For 45 minutes of work. I was told because they have 17 trucks on the road, that is why they are so much more than other companies. I declined their work because of the insane price. I went with another company, had to put in another 48 hour notice, and was charged $365 out the door and they diagnosed the issue and finished the repair within the hour.

Thank you again Colepepper Plumbing for taking care of my plumbing needs yesterday. I appreciate being able to call on my schedule/day off and your staff's efforts to meet my request. A shout out to Mitch. Eduardo and most of all Jose. He's been out several times now and does such a thorough job! Oh yeah, and keep sending me those discounts via email! Nice!
