Thankful for Mike Pachko and Eugene Tovbin for the installation of my house's new HVAC system. Pretty reasonable with estimates. On the day of, they called me telling me that they were coming, arrived by 8:30am and stayed till almost 7pm, cleaning up all construction. I got to hear their stories, their friendship being neighbors in the past, their family and got to learn about what they were doing. They were professional, down to earth guys, and transparent about what they were doing since the beginning of the job. Also, getting appointment with Ida, it was really fast, great customer service all around. Would really recommend their service. Last August I recently had a new unit installed by this company and was extremely pleased with the product, competitive cost, and excellent service. A month later, Mike came out to evaluate and fix an issue I had with my new air conditioner. I accidentally tripped the fuse when trying to install a new thermostat.
