I had a major unexpected plumbing issue and Ideal Plumbing took care of everything. I felt as though I was in good hands EVERY step of the way. Dustin was knowledgeable and trustworthy from the first interaction. He kept me posted every step of the way and took special care to ensure I had an understanding of the work being done. I have never needed a plumber until I needed a plumber. Ideal recently completed work at my home to reroute part of the plumbing due to a leak in the slab. The crew was outstanding. Tanner, Saxon, Romero, and Albert were professional, personable, and productive. And punctual. They kept me appraised as the work progressed, kept their work space and my house clean and uncluttered, and were respectful to me, my home, and each other. I will not hesitate to hire Ideal again or recommend them to others.

Ideal has been by three times in the past month for a few different items. Ample time to see if they’re the kind of company that tries to turn everything into an up sell (it’s worth it, right? Instead of a $100 repair, they could try to talk you into a $5,000 replacement!). But no. I got awesome repairs and intelligent description of my heating or plumbing problems. These guys are great!
