They were pleasant and responsive from the initial phone call and were able to schedule us the next day. The repair person was easy to talk to and was thankful for the troubleshooting I’d already done, which let him skip about 1/2 hour of startup work. I recently found myself needing to replace my HVAC system at my home. I called three companies to bid the job and did my due diligence research on the equipment each company was installing. By far Ideal plumbing was the most responsive and knowlegible on the subject. When I called with questions Cheryl was able to answer or get the answer and she wasn't reading off a script like one of the companies. Dan was my estimator and was very personable and custom built my unit to my very specicic needs. Phil and Catalino showed up when promised and both were very tollerant of my oversight and constant questions. They estimated 2.5 days and finished on schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality high performance HVAC system.
