We called Friars when our heater stopped working and they were out to take a look right away. Even though our system is old, Nick still took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. He then walked though options without any sales pressure and helped educate me on the various paths we could take. Friars came highly recommended, and I’ll be passing that recommendation on to anyone who needs a great HVAC partner.

Highly recommended. All interactions were professional and it’s clear they know their business. Install was completed on-time and appears to be well done. My only constructive criticism is to have the techs place a cloth under the air vents before replacing because a lot of debris falls and I had to clean that up after they left.
