Genesis was great from the beginning, from Fred who made first contact to Joe who was our project manager. Joe kept in touch and kept us up to speed on the project including our solar removal and reinstall process. Both our pool and residential solar were reinstalled when we were promised. Angel and his rlroof removal crew were great and you will not be disappointed if you use Genesis for your roofing jobs. The entire team, from the sales reps to the project manager to the crew were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The communication was excellent (especially with Sebastian, the project manager) and the work fixed our issues and improved the look and quality of our home. We had a consulattion for exterior painting at our home last week by Genesis. Our house is large and it has a lot of wood rot so we knew the project would be expensive. We collected a few quotes and after taking time to decide, we called back Genesis as they had a really good product and offered flexible financing to suit our budget. We spoke to a really nice lady on the phone when we called back to hire them. She was really polite and friendly and helped us track down the guy who did our estimate. So far the people we have met with and spoke with are really nice and we are happy to work with them.
