Reliable Standard Heating & Air

It was nearly 100° where I am a few days ago, hottest day of the year, and suddenly my air conditioner DIED! I called a dozen nearby companies, all of which were booked solid for over a week. Then I called Reliable Standard Heating & Air; although they were also booked, they said they would shuffle things around to squeeze me in the same evening! I accepted, not sure how I was going to survive until then… and then they called me back a few minutes later, and said that a technician would be near my house in 10 MINUTES, and would come and check out my unit! He showed up as promised, figured out that the circuit breaker had been triggered, told me how to go turn it off and on, the air conditioner started running again, and off he went, saying that there was NO CHARGE! UNBELIEVABLE! With so many dishonest companies out there, I can't begin to tell you how glad I was to encounter the rare one that actually cares about helping customers! This is definitely who I will be calling from now on!

Recently, we experienced a brutal heatwave, and Reliable came through for us big time. On our older ac unit, they replaced a capacitor and another component, and after that, everything began to function once again. They also provided us with maintenance advice for our apartment. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and competent.

When we called Chris and Alex for a second opinion, they came out to our home right away. We were very pleased with their professional attitude and willingness to help. After taking a look at our system, they discovered that the previous company had misdiagnosed the issue and that all we needed was a new thermostat. We're so grateful that they were able to save us money and time.
