After my air conditioning unit stopped working, Chris and his team came to service it. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. They arrived on time, and upon arrival, they immediately diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend them for HVAC service!
If you're looking for amazing ac service, then you need to go with reliable standard. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They kept me updated throughout the day with texts, and they even gave me some maintenance tips before they left. Plus, they were great with my dogs. I couldn't have ask for more!
Chris is honest and straightforward. My furnace is down and the first company I called said the problem is inducer motor which is out of warranty. I called Reliable for a second opionion. Chris came out the same day I called and pointed out the issue of the heat exchanger which has 20 year warranty.He asked me to contact a Carrier's dealer to replace it for free. I'm still working on it now but I'm pretty sure I'm on the right track with Chris' guide!
