I wish i could give this company 100 stars. If not for Alex, i would have been ripped off a five figure amount by ASI. Alex(a busy gentlemen) was here on a short notice and quickly and more importantly correctly diagnosed the issue (thermostat setting) and advised of the resolution. Unlike technicians from other companies whose real intention is to use repair/maintenance call to sell you needless new systems, Alex was honest and was on the customer side. Gilbird is honest and wise. He carefully observes the problem with my fridge. And identifies it easily. His work technique shows his expertise. Very attentive to work and fixes my fridge quickly.
