Roofing Specialists of San Diego was referred to me by a former roofer who now only does solar panels. Wanted a roof inspection on a couple rentals that were roofed 20 and 15 years ago. Robert made arrangements directly with the tenants who had special needs during COVID. It wasn't easy for him, but he made it easy for me. I really appreciate the extra effort and want the world to know how helpful he was. He also gave me good news that the roofs were in good condition and to check again in 5 years.

The crew that did the work was professional and friendly, taking care to leave the work site as presentable as it could be prior to completion.
