During our recent heat wave, my air conditioner needed immediate servicing. I contacted Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Craig responded in a very timely manner and corrected my problem in no time. Even though it was 98 degrees, he remained professional and courteous. Because of his expertise, I will continue to rely on this company's services. I have been a loyal customer since 2008 and will always contact Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating for all my air conditioning and PLUMBING services.

These guys are the real thing. From Lupe to Craig they are wonderful, professional and get it done. With the heat of summer and my A/C deciding to stop working, I was beside myself, and very hot. I called and Lupe was on it. Craig, the owner, called me right back, asked me a couple of questions and was out cool me down right away. This ended up being a tricky repair. But with Craig's years of experience and fortitude, he nailed it. Prices were fair and the experience was way beyond what I expected. It has been two days since they came out. They came out on Thursday. Diagnosis was that compressor is likely bad but need to check with their tech support. I called them for an update yesterday they stated they would call me back and they didn't. I called today and spoke to Craig he said they needed to trouble shoot some more and there is a 90% chance they will be back out on Tuesday. Not a great experience with this company so far. Why can't an experienced technician get out here and trouble shoot, call tech support if needed, find the problem even if it means be here 2 hours, and correctly diagnose and we move on to ordering parts. Looks like we are in with this for weeks hope it's not more than one month. I will update this review as we go.
