I have a very horrible experience with your employee. He was very very rude. He was giving me an attitude when he was talking to me. He was extremely rude. I even told him why his giving me an attitude. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Sounded like he was also talking the same way to either his superior or coworker. Very very rude. When I was asking question, he was giving me a rude response. I am not a plumber that's why I hired you guys and when I asked a question, I ask him where is the problem, he just said "there" in a rude manner and just pointed the outside the kitchen and showing impatience over me. I ask him 3 times where is it and he still didn't want to show it to me specifically. I didn't bother to ask him cause he was already getting angry. He didn't specifically point to me the problem. He was fixing so many things how can I know which one he was referring to. Anyway this was just one occasion, but he was rude in so many occasions. Even in the end we were just

I had them replace toilet through Lowes. Watch out for very deceptive pricing techniques and manipulation if you end up using them. I paid for haul away as well through Lowes. But they claimed it’s not covered and mentioned additional charges apply. They can haul away for free if I give good review online.

JB came to check out a kitchen sink clog and garbage disposal. He showed up on time and cleaned out the sink & garbage disposal and so it was draining and working. Very polite and respectful. Only downside is I waited for 5 business days for them to come out. Otherwise it is great working with them. Service: Drain cleaning
