My tankless water heater was leaking from the pressure relief valve. The system is about 12 years old. I called Ace because of all the great Yelp reviews and made an appointment for the next day, but within 20 minutes he called back to say he had a cancellation and sent Russ over within the hour. Great team over there from the dispatcher to the plumber, Kyle. They expediently got a replacement water heater installed when our in-laws were at our house. Kyle even came back to ensure that everything was secured to our liking. The only con is that there's a premium price attached to the high quality service; we didn't have time to shop around though.
