I scheduled with Arch (Alfredo) by email to service a boiler in a tenant occupied building. I confirmed by email the night before. They completely blew off the appointment. The work site is 30 mins from where I live, so this unreliability was a waste of time - and I then needed to find another boiler repair company. I’m only glad it wasn't an emergency. I’ve used arch in the past but I’D AVOID ARCH PLUMBING BECAUSE THEY'RE UNRELIABLE. Service: Heating system maintenance

They fixed my toilet in the past, and I was extremely happy with their service: fast response time, free consultation, quote, resolution, and everyone was friendly, efficient, communicative, and helpful! This time, they helped me with my garbage disposal. Christian was able to send someone over the next day! Randy was super friendly, professional, clean, thorough, and explained everything.
