I called them at 730 am and they had a service technician at my home by 9 am. He was very nice, explained all my issues thoroughly and options for my furnace. I usually get several estimates, but I felt so comfortable with what I was being told I let him order the parts that day. 3 days later my furnace was working. The staff at the office was very accommodating and the service technician was great! I would recommend their services and definitely use them again.
They scheduled a service with our client a week out, I explained we are on a deadline, they said it wasn’t a problem. We scheduled someone to meet them on site. I followed up to confirm service the night before- no response. An hour after they were supposed to be on site they called and decided they didn’t want to do the work any longer, I asked to speak with a manger and the lady hung up on me.
