Fast response, easy communication and really fair rates. Another company tried to take advantage of us, but Bay Electric was honest and fixed our problem correctly and at the right price.
I contacted BAY ELECTRIC in SF several weeks ago to fix/repair the long fluorescent light tube & fixture in the garage. Keven, the owner, responded, explained the problem and replaced/fixed it and cleaned up the area under the fixture where he was working.He also replaced a light switch in the kitchen.Years ago I had an electrical box with a timer installed in the garage to power a small deck. I needed to have someone re-route the power off of the timer and direct it to the existing gray electrical power box on the deck.
I called Bay electric and Kevin was able to help me solve my issue over the phone. I offered to pay him a bit and he said don't worry about it and he was happy to help out. Kevin clearly showed that this company operates with integrity. Would highly recommend in the future.
