I owned a condo in Russian Hill/ Marina area of San Francisco. Rick was always reliable to solve my problems or the problems of my tenant. He's smart, professional, friendly, creative with solutions, and won't waste your time or try to "overcharge" you on anything. He's pretty much an Eagle Scout. Actually, he really is an Eagle Scout.

Rick is simply the best. The quality of his work is top notch, he’s reliable and fast and clearly communicates. He offers helpful suggestions to manage the cost of each project with the best outcome. And if a job is outside of his scope he will let you know and often can provide a referral. In a business littered shady characters, Rick is the exception- I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We contacted Russian Hill Handyman Company with a list of minor repairs and projects for our office on the Embarcadero, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded to our inquiry. I emailed them our list, and Rick sent us an detailed estimate of how long he thought it would take to complete each item. He was generous with his time, carefully reviewing each project and providing us with multiple options for successfully addressing several of them. Their emailed appointment invitation allowed us to share the work schedule with every stakeholder in the office, so they knew in advance how their workday might be impacted. Upon completion, we were able to pay them online with a credit card, using the invoice that was emailed to our controller when all the jobs were finished. As an office manager who has gone through multiple searches to service our space over the years, I am so relieved that we've finally found a handyman service we can rely on again and again.
