I had leak originating from my kitchen sink area which was leaking along the wall into my garage below. What I like about Magic Plumbing is when you call, you get a human answering the phone. Jessica listened to the details of my problem and checked availability, and gave me an appointment with Miguel for the next morning. He sent me a text when he was on his way, which I really appreciate. When he arrived, he listened to my problem, and thoroughly and thoughtfully deduced where the leak was coming from. In an hour I received the written bid, shortly after I accepted the bid, I was called to schedule the appointment for the work to be done, which luckily for me was 8:00 the next morning. Miguel arrived with another plumber, Lucky, and together they fixed the problem, which involved exterior as well as interior plumbing work on my house. David came and gave an estimate, and he was so knowledgeable and thoughtful. He took time to listen to our issues with the furnace and checked how it smelled from our apartment. He gave me a very affordable estimate and explained everything to make sure I understood. Amazing service, 10/10
