Paul Aegerter was on time, cordial, and a top-notch professional in way. Prior to doing the work, he gave estimates for each job. Two toilets and a shower. I’m thrilled with his job and the care he took to keep clean and tidy. And, I truly appreciate the helpful suggestions he made for further improvements. I paid to be a member customer so the company will provide timely maintenance (included) during the year. And I’ll be calling them for additional service in the future.
