I called Boris after hours on a Sunday for a repair on our toilet that we couldn’t handle . He spent an about an hour to clear the toilet draining issue but then it got clogged within 8 days again. I called to tell him about the issue and he told me his guarantee for my original job was only good for a week. I was charged $300 for the first job and now he wants to charge me the same price again but recommended that he should snake it through with the toilet removed, but that will cost at least $500 min. It's real dishonest of him to do the first job then tell me his guarantee is only good for a week after the job is over. Use someone else. Service: Drain cleaning
