I had a leak under the kitchen sink, and after having multiple companies out, he was the only one that I felt 100% comfortable with. Richard was able to address the issue promptly and efficiently while patiently explaining everything to me step by step. That was huge. The technician Richard is incompetent. Acts like he doesn't know what he's doing so he can take longer to charge you more. I have never paid more than $175 for the same service he preformed. Richard charged me $350. Outrageous. Save yourself some money and go with a different company.
