The technician Richard is incompetent. Acts like he doesn't know what he's doing so he can take longer to charge you more. I have never paid more than $175 for the same service he preformed. Richard charged me $350. Outrageous. Save yourself some money and go with a different company.
Richard has been my plumber for almost 15 years - he always responds right away and is extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and what work needs to be done. Excellent service every time! Highly recommend!
