I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle from Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter for the installation of a new toilet and repair of water damage in my home. From start to finish, Kyle was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation of the new toilet went smoothly and Kyle took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. He also identified and fixed the source of the water leak, preventing any further damage to my home. In addition to his expertise, Kyle was friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. Our sewer line needed clean out and a friend referred Plumbtree Plumbing to us. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Whilliam, our technician arrived on time and was very knowledge and professional. He was able to clear the line and resolved our issues. Overall the service from Plumbtree was great. I really liked the plumbers professionalism and detail in his work. They didn’t show up to the first appointment since they got held up with another job but he showed up on time to the second appointment and did a really good job. He cleaned up after himself and the person who answered the phone was extremely nice. It was also nice to get a written estimate via email. I got text updates on arrival time and the follow up appointment. I would definitely recommend this service. I will most definitely use them again.
