The window for the technician to arrive was 10a to noon. James arrived at 10a. He was very nice, professional and respectful. James pointed out a couple of things to me that needed immediate attention and attention in the future. He did a great job. We now have heat in the house after almost a week. Thanks James! ???? Great company highly recommend them! From start to finish they were so great to work with!! A few details on how our installation went below. Prior to installation: We spoke with Chris and referred us to service advisor Roberto. They texted us and advised when they would be approaching with a picture of the advisor, which I appreciated a lot. Roberto took his time answering all our questions, reviewed the space and gave us suggestions on what we wanted. We were set with the mini split from the get go but Roberto gave us a peace of mind in making our decision with all the information he provided. He also took the time to review what the job will entail and gave us a quote right there and then. We were also looking at another quote but ultimately went with Air Care Heating & Cooling because they were all so professional.
