James came to replace our furnace filters and check the whole system. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. He replaced the filter, vacuumed out the furnace cabinet, checked for carbon monoxide while it was running, and even explained to me how to clean the filter in the future. The window for the technician to arrive was 10a to noon. James arrived at 10a. He was very nice, professional and respectful.
