Their service representative was Friendly and able to communicate with me as to what steps he might take as alternatives, and it goes without saying fixed the problem in a cost-effective manner. Note: Root Hero has a No Charge for any work that may be tried that did not fix the problem and only charges for the specific work that worked. Great.
