I had a leak coming from my garage. A plumber came right away. He explained the problem, issued a quote and scheduled the date to come back and fix it. Parts needed to be ordered. They came back promptly fixed the leak and installed the new parts. Their knowledge and expertise saved me a lot money. The plumbers are professional friendly and completed the work quickly. Very happy with their work.
If a "wonderful plumbing experience" is a thing, this is it. Professional and courteous. I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again - they will be my first call.
I've used all 3 companies and have been extremely satisfied. Ben Franklin plumbing installed new toilet yesterday. Javier was great....very professional and courteous. I will definitely request him in the future. Glad I'm a customer of this group of contractors.
