The response was prompt. The service man was competent and helpful. The job was completed successfully. My only negative reaction was that I thought the price was high--above the average prices quoted on Home Advisor.
They are crooks. They changed out a water heater and didn't even install it with a pan. They ruined the wall in my bathroom they didn't bother to get a permit for the work and charged me a $1000 more than what they should have. Crooks. Service: Water heater installation
Ben Franklin Plumbing has been out several times this year for various jobs. They have proved timely, reliable and experienced. Their plumbers are pleasant and patient , do a thorough inspection, and explain what needs to be done and why. Their work and materials are good, and they clean up afterwards. They may be more costly than other companies, but so far they have done quality work at our home. I am satisfied as plumbing has to last years, so it is worth the investment and peace of mind.
